Short URL BBCode

Another cool feature has been added to Friendly Chatting, thanks to the direction of Jane . . .

I've added a "Short URL" BBCode to the forum.

What is this?  Maybe you have a long address for a news article and you may want to post it "short" instead of posting the long thing it is.

Example of long address: https://edition.cnn.com/2022/01/02/europe/france-covid-isolation-vaccine-pass-intl/index.html

You would put that address between 'shorturl' bbcode tags and it would automagically be converted to a Short URL.

Which would return a short address like this: https://miz.im/2mq3f

The Short URL bbcode button looks like this:

I am using a URL Shortening Service I have called miZim.
