Virgin Media. They’ve cut my brothers internet and TV off with no warning. Useless doesn't do them justice. Said its for non payment. Absolute rubbish. Everything is paid on time. Trying to get through to customer services is a bloody joke. Call centre in India. Mum is going to try switching him to BT. No internet, no emergency alarm.

That eejit Macron for threatening the UK energy market when he knows diddly squat about the complexities involved. Sure sign their elections are looming
When I moved district around 5yrs ago it only took one call and they did the rest. When we moved in at the new location I plugged the router in and it connected within a couple of minutes. I moved from BT to PO because of ultra poor customer services from India and billing problems, where the PO always answer promptly in clear English.

I've been with The Post Office for around 8yrs for line + internet and I soon found their customer services are fairly quick to pick-up and soon connect me to the right extension to sort the problem out. I pay the quartly bill at the PO counter via my credit card and I always collect a receipt. I could use their automated phone line to pay, but prefer the face-to-face method at the POJane wrote: Virgin Media. They’ve cut my brothers internet and TV off with no warning.
